Cocktail with scorpion: Asinmiau by Vicenç Mora

Cocktail with scorpion: Asinmiau is a daring cocktail of our collaborator Vicenç Mora with a very special ingredient, the scorpion. Asinmiau is the first cocktail that Vicenç offers us based on our Mediterranean Gin, Gin L’Arbre. It is completed with an infusion of a French sweet wine, an orgeat * of basil, raspberry and egg white.

Recipe of Asinmiau:

  • 4,5cl Gin L’Arbre
  • 2cl infusion of a French sweet wine “sauternes” with scorpion
  • 1cl orgeat of basil
  • 1cl raspberry
  • 1 egg white

Preparation Asinmiau: “Shake” all the ingredients and serve it with a cup.
Garnish: scorpion**, pipes and lyophilized raspberry.
